Current behavior

We will need a table in the api for follows and unfollows.
A user will group follows (in a future settings feature).
User will not be able to see who is following them (for now)
Users will be able to see who they are following.

Suggested solution

The follow button should show on verified and non-verified profiles.

Note: there willl need to be an unfollow button
